minimum square footage requirements (generally 1650 living)
aircraft hangar required
architectural committee approvals required
no temporary structures
pets on leash
lot owners must maintain grass and weed growth
no parking in right of ways
no derelict or unused vehicles

Homeowners Association
BAPLA (Buckingham Airpark Landowners Association). A one time intial fee of $800 to join. Annual dues are $350 due at
the first of the year. (during the first year of membership only the $800 dollar fee is required)
